Newbury 10k 2023

A lovely day for a run and a decent turn out for a bank holiday Monday. Great to be part of the first official event of the Intuita running club and loving the new kit!

It’s a nice course but there is a lot off road and fairly narrow tracks so not easy to get your best time – I managed a respectable 45:16 (chip time). Next stop for me is the Fleet 10k in October where I got my PB 8 years ago. With a bit of training between now and then I’ll hopefully have a go at challenging that time.
